Evening Seminar 10 March 2018
Our evening seminars are held once a month on a Saturday evening from 5.00pm until 6.45pm.
Come and take the opportunity go gain some excellent CPD as well as meet and socialise with colleagues. We have a broad range of topics coming up and have invited speakers to come and share their ideas and enthusiasm about counselling, therapy and transactional analysis with us.
We open the doors open from 5.00pm – the seminar starts at 5.15pm for an hour and a half. When you arrive we will offer you hot and cold drinks and snacks. There is a small charge of £5 per ticket for the seminar.
Seminar Title: “Using Russian Dolls in Therapy”
There are so many ways of using Russian dolls in therapy. They have different layers, a bit like us because we are made up of the same person at different ages. All of life’s experiences so far have made us the person we are today. This experiential seminar will focus on exploring positive resources held in the layers of the self, using the Child ego state to help find wise and creative ways to manage stuck places or difficulties.
The session will cover:
Theory behind using Russian dolls
Introducing Russian dolls to your work
Layers of Life
Relating in the Workplace
